A thorough understanding of navigation principles has been obtained and knowledge of both radionavigation and satellite positioning systems gleaned. Inwater system experience has included Digicourse and Sonardyne acoustics, Tailbuoy GPS, Laser ranging systems including MARS and Lasertrak. The main navigation system I have used has been Spectra from Concept Systems but I have also experience of Starseis, Totalnav and Gin 3. I have experience of Reflex in a job startup context and for ongoing survey updates. As a navigation data processor I have used Sprint from Concept systems.
